ADVANCED WATERPROOFING
To ensure structural integrity and complete weatherproofing, our team entirely resurfaced the flat roof. We applied a highly durable, three-layer felt roofing system, establishing a robust foundation for the landscaping above.

Over the new roofing system, we engineered and installed a premium floating Millboard deck. This method protects the waterproof membrane beneath while providing a flawless, low-maintenance surface that mimics the elegant look of natural timber.

Restoration and Boundaries: The existing metal railings on either side of the terrace were meticulously prepared and redecorated to restore their original finish. To enhance privacy and security, we installed contemporary perimeter fencing, creating a secure, enclosed environment.
BESPOKE CARPENTRY
To elevate the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the terrace, we constructed a custom timber pergola. This was complemented by the installation of a built-in bench seating area, maximising the usable footprint of the small space.
