To achieve an exacting finish, we installed premium, rot-resistant Millboard composite decking upon a bespoke pedestal subframe system. To overcome the structural uncertainties of the existing flat roof, our specialists engineered and fitted a heavy-duty steel box-section framework. This bespoke structural reinforcement provides the essential loading support required for the perimeter glass balustrade, guaranteeing strict compliance with British building regulations, uncompromising strength, and long-term stability.
